Heather Hiner, AIM-AM, Architectural Design
Heather Hiner (AIA-AM) started her design career at architectural firms in Minneapolis and Duluth, MN. In 2005, she decided to open her own design studio and has since enjoyed designing homes, remodels and additions of all sizes and styles for the many clients she enjoys getting to know through the design process.
With more than 25 years of design experience, her designs have been featured in local publications such as "Women Today" including being featured on the cover. In 2013 she was awarded a Duluth Preservation Alliance Award for "design that maintains the architectural integrity of the city's historic homes” for a remodel/addition to a century old home.
Heather truly has her client's best interest at heart and prides herself in helping their dreams become a reality.
Kelsey Hiner, Aim-AM, Interior Design
Kelsey graduated with a B.F.A. in Interior and Graphic Design and started her career as a Kitchen/Bath Designer where she learned the detailed skill of cabinet layout, function, and specification. She is passionate about design not only from an aesthetic standpoint, but from a functional standpoint. Her goal is to enhance her client’s lifestyle and the way they use their space.
Her passion for design and style give her the ability to create interior spaces customized for each homeowner. Casual or elegant, modern or traditional; she offers full service Interior Design, professional knowledge and experience, and will help capture her client’s vision for their lifestyle.
Working on interior layouts and material selection, Kelsey presents clients with 3D visuals. This helps homeowners feel confident in the vision being created and also provides enhanced accuracy throughout the building process.
